Group Manager allows you to define variables as well as permissions. This is you define which user goes into which group. Essentials is used on a wide range of servers, from large dedicated services, to home hosted servers. The point of global groups, is to make it easier to manage servers with multiple worlds. Copy the previous groups file. Combining a summary node with a negative node can remove access to numerous sub-commands with ease. The line above is an example of wildcard permissions, which means people in the default group will see all plugins command help, except for factions.

There are a number of example permissions files available for GroupManager: The "default" group, has an example of negative permissions, to specifically revoke a permission you simply add a '-' before the beginning of the cpnfig.yml, in this example revoking the 'essentials. Conflicting commands will become unstable unless negated by a negative node.

You should remember to make sure you add yourself to this config, so you have access to the management commands in game. This feature allows plugins to have the same commands, but not conflict with each other when specifying which plugin's command to designate as default.

Instead of having to copy the permissions from each world, every time you make a change, you can simply make a global 'mod' group, and list all your normal mod groupmanagfr there.
